Our seasoned Patent and Trademark & Copyright teams work to cost-effectively to secure and maintain clients’ intellectual property assets and rights around the world. We prosecute patent, trademark and copyright applications, maintain rights and assist clients in obtaining and enforcing such rights in the U.S. and abroad.

Our patent, trademark and copyright team is headed by partner David LaRiviere, former Chair of the Intellectual Property Section of the California State Bar Association, former Co-Chair of the Council of State Bar Sections, and an AV-rated patent/trademark professional with over thirty-five years of legal and industrial experience. The patent team also includes patent attorney Damon Thurston , trademark/copyright attorney Christopher Passarelli, and registered patent agent C. Kelley Crossman. They are aided by a highly experienced team of paralegals and administrators.
