Chris Passarelli Nominated as Co-chair of State Bar’s Business Law Section. Chris Passarelli of LGP has been nominated as co-chair of the AgriBusiness Standing Committee of the Business Law Section of the California State Bar. The Standing Committee focuses on legal issues facing the agricultural industry, such as patent and trademark rights.

Payne to Speak on Patent Damages, Unauthorized Dealerships. Robert Payne of LGP will speak on Compensatory Patent Damages at an AIPLA online webinar on April 1. It will be broadcast nationally to members of the American Intellectual Property Law Association. Bob will also speak later in April to the Trademark Law Subcommittee of the California Bar Intellectual Property Section. His topic will be “Unauthorized Dealerships and Intellectual Property Protection.”
